Payment
Payment of products purchased from the online Shop is via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay via a Debit Card/Credit Card via PayPal. Orders will be delivered after receipt of payment.
For trade accounts, please contact us directly regarding orders.
Shipping
Product prices include shipping costs for the United Kingdom only. We will dispatch the items within 2-3 working days of receipt of your order and they will be sent via second class post. If you require an item to be delivered first class, please indicate this at the time of checkout under the notes section and add £1 to the total amount paid.
Please contact us regarding shipping outside the UK.
Refunds and returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will provide a full refund, provided the item is returned in perfect, unused condition in its original packaging. Return postage is to be paid by the buyer. If you wish to return an item, please email us with 7 working days of receipt of the goods to inform us that you'd like to return the items. The refund will be effected once the goods have been received by Les & Lou.
